Day 61... What is it?

Can you guess what this is? It looks kind of cool. It is olive oil floating on the water in my sauce pan making the shapes of amoeba and other strange single celled organisms on the bottom of my pan. LOL! It just looked kind of neat, so I wanted to take a picture. It is the secret to my pan not boiling over when I cook noodles, the oil that is. If you have never tried it, you should. I never have to clean up the starchy mess of a boiled over pan anymore since I started adding it.
